In today’s world, in diferent states of increasing density, housing a lot of spaces seems obvious that architects and designers are ready to design more homes in the areas. The GR House I conceptualized the situation in terms of architectural possibilities by creating a courtyard house that is born with all amenities and spaces with maximum privacy.

The architects sought to create all these spaces by giving all the spaces generous spaces and a direct relation with the exterior. Because of the materials used for this project all the spaces are elevated by concrete walls and roof. Also, because of the sunlight protection that the house offers, the interior has plenty of natural light to light and the public spaces are filled with a lot of greenery.

The garage plays an important role in the manner designers choose to highlight the entrance. The custom designed timber stair is highlighted under a custom aluminum louvre system, highlighting the industrial side of the house. Throughout the external spaces, a main feature is a long swimming pool. The private zones are just as interesting. The master bedroom and two guest rooms have a floor to ceiling glass wall, that allow the residents to enjoy the exquisite view of the surroundings of the city.{found on archdaily and pics by Martin Argy Photography}
