This is the remodeling of a kitchen that dates back to 2000. Completed in 2012 by an architect Pablo Serrano Elorduy, this small kitchen got a gorgeous makeover. At first, the remodeling turned it into a dark and uninviting place. That was only going to be changed. There’s a change in color. The original white walls and ceilings were painted white but it was nice to know this detail was not always reflected in small details. That’s when the project in done by Paul Conder & Associates.
The kitchen got a spacious countertop with two different profiles, facing each other. It became a mixed station with several open areas where fresh vegetables can be stored. The overall décor is very clean and simple. The whole kitchen is white. The wooden furniture adds a warm feel that matches the walls and those hanging chairs add that extra cozy feeling. The pendant lights and the wooden dining table add a little bit of warmth to the décor. There are also some blue cabinets in the kitchen that basically gave the whole space a look of its own.
The living area is very inviting. It has a sofa with a coffee table in corner and a glass coffee table. It has white walls, white curtains and, of course, a beautiful painting on the wall. The two sitting areas have different layouts. Some have corner windows while others are more complex, like the home office. These rooms are all spaces that make the owner comfortable, that enjoy the company and that have to be relaxing and talking to the others.
