Nobody likes to sit too close to the entrance and to expect a high temperature. It can be depressing just to be there. The more you relax and get rid of all the noise and the lack of light, the better. In this case, the regulations say that you should keep your house to a minimum. But if you want to have a rocking house, then you should probably talk to a professional. And we have the perfect house plans with a courtyard in middle of it.

This is a big house plans located on a big and wonderful plot in Jalan Raya Uluwatu. The whole place was designed by local firm John T. Glass Designs. It’s a big old house so there were a few challenges to take into consideration. The most challenge was the heat and the pressure. Since almost all sunlight enters the courtyard walls are powered by the sun, which is a blessing in this harsh weather, the whole house seems to be closed on the sides. Once inside, each room is visually divided using glass and timber. The main idea was to create a special garden for summer houses. It’s why there’s also a courtyard. The house has an open courtyard with a pool on the ground floor and a green roof. The house also features a swimming pool, both inside and on the first floor, where the first floor was designed to be a place for the children.

The courtyard is huge so the architects also focused on using it as a space for parties and various games. It’s a great place for relaxation. The house has a compact living wall, a small table for breakfast in the morning and even a games area in the corner. The kids also love the courtyard so the house was separated from all the other rooms and this way they all feel private.{found on archdaily and pics by Jackie Calvi and Edward Birch}.
